This address will answer a variety of questions, including: What are the three schools of thought about what a revival is, and which one is most biblical? Is there revival today, and if so, where and to what extent is it taking place? How can we help promote revival today? How can we hinder it?

The western world has fallen off a cliff. Growing up, I used to have a hard time imagining a day when evil could literally be called good, and good evil (Isaiah 5:20). Was that simply hyperbole? I no longer need to wonder. In Mark 9:29, Christ states that there are situations we may encounter where "this kind can come forth by nothing but by prayer and fasting." Campaigns, crusades, and methods which may have worked in a former day no longer work for "this kind" of day. The goal of this address is simple -- to encourage God's people to extraordinary united prayer.
